Third-party components

Third-party software and services

MonkeyBytes Hosting relies on a number of open-source projects and external services. Each component retains its own licence; the MIT Licence above applies only to original MonkeyBytes code and documentation.

Open-source dependencies

The hosting platform is built on Pterodactyl Panel, which is distributed under the MIT Licence. Runtime environments (Node.js, Python) are provided under their respective open-source licences. A full list of third-party packages and their licence files is available in each project repository.

Advertising and analytics

Public-facing pages may include scripts from Google AdSense and Google Funding Choices. These scripts are loaded from Google-operated domains and are governed by the Google Advertising Policies and Google Privacy Policy. Advertising revenue helps sustain the free hosting service. You can manage your ad personalisation preferences at Google Ad Settings.

Fonts and stylesheets

This site uses Google Fonts (Raleway, JetBrains Mono), served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google Fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1 and Apache Licence 2.0 respectively.

Your obligations

  • You may not imply endorsement by MonkeyBytes Hosting or Monkey-Network without prior written consent.
  • You must comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions regulations when distributing the software or any derivative works.
  • Any modifications you make to the platform code are your sole responsibility; we provide no support or warranty for derivative works.

Disclaimer of liability

The software is provided on an as-is basis. MonkeyBytes Hosting, its contributors, and Monkey-Network disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
